FAQ
1. Do I need to be fit before I start?
Not at all. Coaching is tailored to your current fitness level. Whether you’re completely new to exercise or already active, sessions are adapted to suit you and help you progress safely.
2. I’ve never boxed before — is that okay?
Absolutely. A lot of clients start with zero boxing experience. You’ll learn the basics step-by-step, from stance and footwork to punching technique, in a supportive environment.
3. What should I bring to my first session?
Wear comfortable gym clothes and trainers. Bring a water bottle, hand wraps and a small towel. If you don’t have gloves, we can provide them for your session.
4. Is boxing safe?
Yes — especially in one-on-one coaching. Sessions focus on technique, fitness, and controlled pad work/bag work. There is no sparring unless specifically agreed upon and you feel fully ready.
5. Will I get hit?
Not unless you want to progress to sparring later on. Most beginners focus on technique, pads, bags, and conditioning. Your comfort level always comes first.
6. How long does it take to see results?
Many people feel fitter and more energised within the first few weeks. Visible physical changes typically begin within 4–6 weeks, depending on consistency, nutrition, and effort.

Yes - Boxing is for everyone. Choose boxing for fitness, confidence, and stress relief. Sessions are tailored to your individual goals.
