Pro Coach London is a boxing coaching service dedicated to helping individuals achieve their boxing and fitness goals through expert coaching. Certified and licensed by The British Boxing Board Of Control and England Boxing. We have over 20 years of boxing experience. Here at Pro Coach LDN we have the knowledge and expertise to take your boxing to the next level. We offer a range of different training options to suit all levels and abilities. Whether you are complete beginner or an experienced athlete, Pro Coach can provide the right guidance for you.
Head Coach Henry, brings a wealth of boxing knowledge and experience to the company with over 20 years in the sport. Starting his boxing journey at the well renowned Fitzroy Lodge in Lambeth, before going on to compete and represent the prestigious Lynn AC boxing club in Peckham.
Henry quickly developed a passion for coaching alongside his training and has gone on to obtain his professional coaching license with the BBBOC and further coaching certifications with England Boxing. Henry has worked with a variety of athletes and clients such as professional boxers, competitive amateurs, university squads, white collar competitors and the everyday recreational boxer.
Henry continues to further his knowledge and expertise in the sport of boxing and is still actively involved in coaching the amateur squad at Fisher ABC in Bermondsey. Henry is dedicated to maximising his clients potential and bringing out the best in his fighters. He also holds the Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training and is well educated in the S&C associated with boxers and athletes.
